Claims (11)

1. Procédé pour cintrer des tôles ondulées ou profilées, se composant de surfaces de sommet, de surfaces de base et de surfaces de flanc, où les surfaces de flanc sont déformées simultanément au pliage à arête vive des surfaces de sommet/base, caractérisé en ce que le pliage à arête vive des surfaces de sommet/base (1, 2) et la déformation des surfaces de flanc (3) sont effectués indépendamment par un outil en plusieurs parties exerçant une force de compression variable et réglable.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de l'outil peut être commandé aussi bien dans une direction horizontale qu'également dans une direction verticale.
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, pendant le processus de cintrage, les surfaces de flanc (3) du profilé sont refoulées vers l'extérieur de façon continue à partir du côté intérieur de la chambre (4) du profilé.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force d'application contre les surfaces de flanc (3) du profilé augmente de façon continue jusqu'à la fin du renflement.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la force d'application peut être modifiée sur la longueur du renflement dans les surfaces de flanc.
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la forme du renflement est déterminée par le processus de déplacement, essentiellement de forme circulaire, d'un outil de renflement disposé à l'intérieur de la chambre du profilé.
7. Dispositif pour cintrer des tôles ondulées ou profilées, se composant de surfaces de sommet, de surfaces de base et de surfaces de flanc, les surfaces de flanc étant déformées simultanément au pliage à arête vive des surfaces de sommet/base, pour la mise en oeuvre de procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la chambre (4) du profilé en tôle s'engage un dispositif de renflement qui se compose d'au moins deux pièces de formage mobiles dans une direction horizontale et dans une direction verticale et qui peuvent être appliquées contre les parois de flanc (3) du profilé en tôle.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de formage se composent de bras de renflement (6a, 6b) se croisant à la façon de ciseaux.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de ciseaux est commandé en fonction de l'angle de dintrage des tôles ondulées ou profilées.
10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de formage sont montées de façon à pouvoir tourner à l'intérieur de la chambre (4) du profilé perpendiculairement à la direction de profilage.
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la longueur entre le bord de formage et les axes de rotation (11, 12) de la pièce de formage est plus grande que l'espacement entre les axes de rotation (11, 12) et la paroi latérale du profilé en tôle à renfler.
