Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction cleaning device according to the preamble of the first claim.
- a cleaning water receiving space is provided in the housing, in which the cleaning water to be sprayed is filled.
- An intermediate container is floating in this cleaning water receiving space and floats on the cleaning water.
- the cleaning water receiving space, together with the containers arranged therein, is closed with a lid, on the underside of which a suction fan is arranged which projects into the dirt collecting container.
- the suction fan is covered from below with a housing pot which has air passage openings in the area of the cover.
- the cleaning water is removed by a liquid pump pumped onto the surface to be cleaned, which lowers the cleaning water level and the floating intermediate container with the dirty water container is lowered accordingly.
- the sprayed cleaning water is then conveyed together with the loosened dirt through the suction pipe into the dirt collecting container.
- the structural effort is considerable, since the intermediate container is only required to protect the dirt collecting container from being wetted on its outside by the cleaning water.
- it must be completely dried in use of the vacuum cleaning device as a dry vacuum cleaning receiving space when the sucked dry dust should not fixed bake in Cleaner with swasserabilityraum g. The same also applies if the intermediate container and the dirt collecting container are to remain in the cleaning water receiving space when vacuuming dry.
- FIG. 28 20 627 Another known suction cleaning device (DE-OS 28 20 627) is designed in the manner of a boiler vacuum cleaner which is divided into horizontal planes.
- the lower housing part forms a dirt collector space, on the upwardly open edge of which a water reservoir is placed, which partially protrudes into the dirt collector space.
- In the wall of the dirt collector space there is an opening for an intake line, while a pipe leading vertically upwards and penetrating the water reservoir, in which there is a float valve with a float ball, leads from the dirt collector space.
- a supply line leads from the float valve to the suction fan.
- This configuration is used when suctioning off water which has been mixed with water, which is moist Suction material settles on the floor of the dirt collector space, while the air flows upwards through the float valve to the suction fan.
- the housing part receiving the suction fan and the water reservoir must first be removed before the dust collector chamber can be emptied.
- the invention has for its object to provide a suction cleaning device according to the preamble of the first claim, in which the rooms for cleaning water and dirt are separated from each other and the fresh water intake space is integrated in the housing to save space.
- the cleaning receiving space can be distributed over the housing walls be arranged where there is otherwise free space or noise insulation is required.
- the fresh water receiving space can be achieved in particular by a double-walled design of corresponding housing walls, which results in a high mechanical stability of the housing and in a simple manner supports for cover seals, hinges etc.
- the chambers are designed to be watertight and sealed against the dirt collection container, so that any dirt that has been sucked in is impossible in the cleaning water intake area even when vacuuming dry.
- the sucked-in material is collected in a special container suitable for it and can be transported together with the same to an emptying place. If the container holding the moist material is made of a film, it can be thrown away with its contents like a filled dry filter.
- a dirt holding space 2 in which a dirt collecting container 3 is arranged.
- the dirt collecting container can be lifted upwards by a removable cover 4 arranged above it.
- a suction pipe 6 is guided through the cover 4 and a cover 5 of the dirt-collecting container 3 and is connected via a suction hose 7 to a suction mouthpiece 8 for receiving moist or dry suction material.
- the absorbed suction material is deposited in the dirt collecting container 3, while the entrained air flows through a float valve 9, which closes at maximum water level in the dirt collecting container 3, via a suction line 10 to a suction fan 11.
- the housing 1 is equipped in the region of its vertical side walls and the bottom with chamber walls 12 running parallel thereto, which form closed, communicating chambers 13 as a receiving space for the cleaning water.
- the filling opening for the cleaning water is on the outside of the housing 1, so that: even when filling the cleaning water, no moisture can get into the dirt collecting space 2.
- a pump 14 is connected to the chambers 13, with which the cleaning water can, if necessary, be conveyed through a spray line 15 to a spray nozzle connected to the suction nozzle 8.
- the chambers for the cleaning water from at least one independent container which is placed in the housing 1. It is expedient to arrange these chambers detachably in the housing so that they can be removed from dry material when vacuuming. For this purpose, it is expedient to arrange the chambers around the dirt holding space so that its volume can be increased accordingly when vacuuming dry.
- the closed dirt collecting container 3 can be removed and instead a dust filter bag with its connecting plate can be pushed onto the suction pipe 6. Since no moisture can penetrate into the dirt collecting space 2 as a result of the sealing of the dirt collecting container with respect to the suction line 10 by means of an annular seal 16, this space also does not need to be dried when vacuuming dry suction material.
- the suction fan 11 and the dirt holding space 2 are arranged next to one another by a chamber wall 12.
- a float ball 19 and an upstream dirt trap strainer 20 are located in the float valve 9.
- the outlet line 21 of the float valve 9 is inserted airtight into a side opening of the dirt collecting container 3.
- the float valve 9 can be detachably connected to the dirt collecting container 3.
- the dirt collecting container 3 is thus except for the opening for the suction pipe 6 and the outlet line 21 of the swim merventils 9 closed in the operating state.
- the output line 21 can be connected via a rubber ring seal 16 to the suction line 10 to the suction fan 11, which is guided tightly through the partition wall 18.
- the suction mouthpiece 8 absorbs moisture-laden suction material, the same flows through the suction pipe 6 into the dirt-collecting container 3.
- the dirt collecting container 3 the entrained wet suction material settles on the floor, while the air is sucked through the float valve 9, which is open when the water container is not filled, and the outlet line 21 and the suction line 10 to the blower 11.
- the float valve 9 arranged in the upper section of the dirt collecting container 3 only responds when the water level has reached a corresponding height and there is a risk that water can flow into the blower 11.
- the tight connection of the outlet line 15 to the suction line 10 prevents the entry of moist air into the dirt holding space 2. A cleaning of the dirt holding space 2 after wet vacuuming is therefore not necessary.
- a paper filter bag can be used instead of the dirt collecting container 3, which with an appropriate opening in a conventional connection plate is airtight on the inner socket of the suction pipe 6 pushed on and held there by means of brackets.
- the dry suction material is then filtered out in the dust bag and the cleaned air is sucked off directly from the dirt collector space 2 via the suction line 10 into the suction fan 11.
- no fine particles are formed on its inner walls even during dry vacuuming dust accumulation.
- the side-by-side arrangement of the dirt collecting space 2 and the suction blower 11 also results in a low center of gravity of the suction cleaning device and thus increased safety against tipping, which is particularly advantageous when used as a wet vacuum cleaner.
- the float valve 9 can also be connected to the cover 5 which can be placed airtight on the dirt collecting container 3, so that it does not interfere with emptying or cleaning of the dirt collecting container 3.
Abstract
