Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a drum cover with a removal opening to be closed by a disk to be rotated and with a cover wrap around the opening at the edge of the cover.
The bead of such a drum cover can be firmly connected to the associated drum, in particular with the aid of an adhesive tape, even without a tear thread. The removal opening is then usually located in the approximately flat cover surface surrounded by the cover bead. Such removal openings can be secured in different degrees, for example there are closures which do not open automatically even when the drum falls over and thus prevent the drum contents from falling out. However, such closures can usually still be opened by small children during play. In the case of harmful and / or relatively valuable drum contents, e.g. B. powdered detergents or cleaning agents, it may be desirable to use a so-called child-proof opening To provide closure. Closures of this type are designed so that they can only be opened if a special additional condition is set beforehand.
The invention has for its object to provide a drum cover of the type mentioned with a child safety device, which can be produced without significant effort and can be operated without great effort when used, including fulfilling the additional condition. The solution according to the invention consists in the drum cover with a removal opening to be closed by a disc to be rotated around the cover axis and with a cover bead running around the opening at the edge of the cover in that, as a child lock on the inner edge of the cover bead facing the opening, undercut-like counter-conical, projecting towards the opening Cams with an irregular spacing in the circumferential direction and / or different lengths are distributed and the edge of the disk has punched, protruding lugs, which engage under the cams except in the ice-open position, according to the distribution of the grooves which are punched between two cams on the cover bead. In every rotational position of the disk except in the open position, the lugs are overhanged by at least some of the cams. In the open position, the grooves and cams on the edge of the cover all coincide with the lugs and the recesses in between.
The essential features of the drum cover according to the invention are that ge conical cams are formed in the inner edge of the cover bead and are distributed alternately with grooves at irregular intervals and in different lengths on the cover circumference.
The inner, flat part of the lid can be punched out as usual and form the removal opening. In the cover according to the invention, this is covered with a rotatable disk, which can be made, for example, of plastic, cardboard or cardboard and, above all, should be punched analogously to the distribution of grooves given by the cams. The disc is to be manufactured in such a way that it can only be inserted and removed in one pivot position. After inserting the disc there is then the possibility to turn the disc so that the protruding lugs on the disc engage under the counter-conically shaped cams of the edge of the lid, in such a way that the disc is locked against removal and the child's opening is thus closed in a childproof manner. The disc can then only be lifted after a single, very specific rotational position, in which all of its lugs come to coincide with the grooves of the edge of the lid.

The exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing can be a deep-drawn or injection-molded drum cover with a removal opening. The drum cover itself can be firmly connected to the drum body (not shown), for example with the aid of an adhesive tape without a tear thread. The rotatable disk provided for closing the removal opening of the drum cover can - as said - consist of plastic, cardboard or cardboard.
The drum cover labeled 1 as a whole according to the drawing is to be closed with a disk to be rotated, labeled 2 overall. The

A section along the line A-B of FIG. 1, with a
To open the cover according to the invention, the
