Claims (15)

1. Margeur comportant un dispositif de support de pile de feuilles (1) déplaçable en hauteur et contenant des feuilles à imprimer dans une machine rotative, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu à côté d'une partie libre du dispositif de support de pile de feuilles (1) un second dispositif de support de pile de feuilles (2) servant à recevoir, avec parallélisme des bords correspondants, une pile de feuilles de rebut (4), en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une languette séparatrice (9a, 26a) pouvant être engagée dans la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) entre deux feuilles de rebut en vue de séparer la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) afin d'assurer le transfert d'un paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) sur la pile de feuilles correctes (3) et en ce que le paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) peut être amené par traction ou par poussée jusque sur la pile de feuilles correctes (3) par des moyens de transport de feuilles de rebut (9; 9, 20, 21, 22, 23; 26, 27, 28, 29, 30).
2. Margeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à l'aide d'un dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9) à commande centralisée, un paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) peut être saisi sur la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) disposée à côté de la pile de feuilles correctes (3) et peut être tiré vers la pile de feuilles correctes (3) et en ce qu'ensuite le paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) est transféré complètement jusque sur la pile de feuilles correctes (3) par d'autres moyens transporteurs (10, 11).
3. Margeur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9) comporte au moins un organe de préhension de feuilles et en ce que les autres moyens transporteurs pouvant être commandés (10, 11) comportent des rouleaux transporteurs entraînés.
4. Margeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à l'aide du dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9) à commande centralisée, un paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) peut être saisi à partir du dispositif de support de pile de feuilles de rebut (2) placé à côté du dispositif de support de pile de feuilles correctes (1) et ensuite le dispositif de préhension de feuilles (9) peut être tiré au-dessus de la pile de feuilles correctes (3) par un dispositif de guidage (21, 22, 23) et peut être ramené vers la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) sur une trajectoire surélevée.
5. Margeur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (21, 22, 23) comporte une broche de guidage (22) disposée au-dessus de la pile de feuilles correctes et pouvant être entraînée par moteur dans les deux directions.

Margeur selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9) peut être déplacé, après transfert d'un paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) jusque sur la pile de feuilles correctes (3), à l'aide d'un mécanisme éléveteur (24) sur une trajectoire surélevée pour le transport de retour.
7. Margeur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert de feuilles de rebut (26, 27, 28, 29, 32, 33) comporte un dispositif de saisie de feuilles (26), qui permet de saisir un paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) sur le bord de la pile de feuilles de rebut qui est éloigné de la pile de feuilles correctes (3) et de le déplacer vers d'autres moyens transporteurs (32, 33) pouvant être commandés et par lesquels le paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) peut être amené complètement sur la pile de feuilles correctes (3).
8. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) est située dans un plan (35) incliné en direction de la pile de feuilles correctes (3).
9. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pile de feuilles correctes (3) peut être descendue, avant le transfert du paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a), d'une distance qui correspond à la hauteur du paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) à transférer.
10. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un ventilateur (15, 31) dirigé vers la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) est disposé sur la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) dans la zone du dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9; 26).
11. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de transfert de feuilles de rebut peut être commandée par une unité centrale de commande (12).
12. Margeur selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'unité centrale de commande (12) est un microprocesseur.
13. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) est réglable en hauteur.

Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, à l'aide d'un circuit de contrôle d'impression et/ou de feuilles (17), un signal de transfert de feuilles de rebut est produit lors d'une manifestation de défauts, par exemple de bouchons de feuilles, en ce qu'ensuite l'unité de commande (12) assure, par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur (13), un mouvement de descente de la pile de feuilles correctes (3) et, par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur (14), un mouvement de montée de la pile de feuilles de rebut (4) et en ce que, après saisie d'une paquet de feuilles de rebut (4a) à transférer, le dispositif de saisie de feuilles (9; 26) assure l'actionnement d'un mécanisme d'entraînement de dispositif de préhension de feuilles (16; 23; 30) et/ou d'un mécanisme d'entraînement de rouleaux transporteurs ou de bandes transporteuses (10, 11, 19; 32, 33).
15. Margeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins d'un côté de la pile de feuilles correctes (3) une plaque d'orientation (36) reliée à un vibreur (37) et servant à l'orientation du paquet de feuilles de rebut transféré (4a).
