Bei derartigen Einbaukücheneinrichtungen ist der Back-und Bratofen entweder neben den auf dem Boden der Küche aufgestellten schrankförmigen Baueinheiten angeordnet und damit unter der Arbeitsplatte untergebautoder er ist in einer Nische eines Küchenhochschrankes etwa in Brusthöhe eingesetzt. Bei der erstgenannten Anordnung des Back- und Bratofens muß der Benutzer die Back- und Bratgutträger in gebückter Haltung in den Garraum einschieben oder entnehmen,während bei der Unterbringung des Back- und Bratofens in der höher angeordneten Nische die Back- und Bratgutträger im wesentlichen in aufrechtstehender Haltung eingebracht oder entnommen werden können. Dabei steht nun dem Benutzer während der Bedienung des Garraumes in beiden Fällen die in der Regel unterhalb des Garraumes angelenkte Garraumtür im Wege, da diese in der aufgeklappten Stellung waagrecht vom Back- und Bratofen nach vorne zu absteht. Insbesondere bei der Entnahme der heißen Back- und Bratgutträger mit dem erhitzten Gargut besteht bei ungeschickter Handhabung sehr leicht Verbrennungsgefahr. Solchen Gefahren sind vor allem ältere und behinderte Personen in großen Maßen ausgesetzt. Die zugehörige Kochmulde mit den eingelassenen Kochplatten ist in der Regel in der Arbeitsplatte eingesetzt und zwar in dem Bereich, unter dem sich der Back- und Bratofen befindet. Während des Beschickens des Garraumes ist die Kochmulde mit den Kochstellen außer Reichweite und stellt somit keine Behinderung beim Arbeiten am Garraum dar. Bei Nichtgebrauch des Back- und Bratofens und der Kochmulde steht die gesamte Arbeitsfläche für andere Arbeiten frei zur Verfügung. Dadurch, daß die Kochmulde ein-und herausfahrbar untergebracht ist, ist die Arbeitsplatte auch durch keine herausragenden Bauteile, wie es bei einer in der Arbeitsplatte eingesetzten Kochmulde der Fall ist, unterbrochen. Die Einbaukücheneinrichtung nach den Figuren besteht aus mehreren auf dem Boden des Küchenraumes aufgestellten schrankförmigen Baueinheiten 1,1', die zur Bildung einer geschlossenen Küchenmöbelfront unmittelbar aneinandergereiht und mit einer eine Arbeitsfläche bildenden durchgehenden Platte 2,2' abgedeckt sind. Bei dem dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die einzelnen Baueinheiten 1 und l' an im rechten Winkel zueinander stehenden Raumwänden 3,3' angeordnet. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, daß die beiden Baueinheiten 1,1' im Zusammenlaufbereich rückseitig einen sogenannten toten Winkel 4 bilden. In diesem toten Winkel ist als weitere Baueinheit ein Hochschrankgehäuse 5 eingesetzt. Die beiden Arbeitsplatten 2,2' der Baueinheiten 1,1' sind vor dem Hochschrankgehäuse 5 durch eine parallel dazu verlaufende weitere Arbeitsplatte 6 zusammengeschlossen, so daß hier ebenfalls eine Arbeitsfläche vor dem Hochschrankgehäuse 5 vorhanden ist. Der freie Raum im toten Winkel 4 neben dem Hochschrankgehäuse 5 ist ebenfalls in Höhe der Arbeitsplatten 2,2' und 6 mit einer Platte 7 gleicher Art abgedeckt bzw. verkleidet. Im oberen Teil des Hochschrankgehäuses 5 ist ein Back- und Bratofen 8 untergebracht. Das Hochschrankgehäuse 5 ist mit seiner rückseitigen Front 9 in vorteilhafter Weise an eine Hebeeinrichtung 10 angehängt bzw. verbunden, welche am Küchenboden fixiert ist. Mit dieser Hebeeinrichtung kann das Hochschrankgehäuse 5 mit dem darin untergebrachten Back- und Bratofen 8 auf- und abwärts gefahren werden.
