Claims (9)

1. Procédé pour l'application de corps de contact sur des porte-contacts (5) sous l'effet simultané de la pression et des ultrasons, par compression d'une ébauche de corps de contact (6) sur le porte-contact (5) à l'aide d'un outil d'estampage (2) se composant d'une boîte de guidage (3) et d'un poinçon mobile (4) caractérisé en ce que l'énergie ultrasonique est appliquée sur le porte-contact (5) et que te.corps de contact est comprimé à l'aide du poinçon (4), avec déformation de l'ébauche de corps de contact (6), jusqu'à sa forme définitive dans une boîte de guidage (3) appliquée sur le porte-contact (5).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volume de déformation dont on dispose au début de la déformation dans l'outil d'estampage (2) est d'au moins 20% supérieur au volume de l'ébauche du corps de contact (6).
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche du corps de contact (6) est séparée d'un semi-produit (8) dans l'outil d'estampage (2) même immédiatement avant l'opération de pressage.
4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la déformation de l'ébauche du corps de contact (6) est assuré par la configuration de l'outil d'estampage (2), de telle sorte qu'il se crée sur la périphérie du corps de contact une turbulence du matériau dans le corps de contact.
5. Dispositif pour l'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, se composant d'un oscillateur (1) (Sonotrode) et d'un outil d'estampage (2) composé d'une boîte de guidage (3) et d'un poinçon (4) mobile à l'intérieur, caractérisé en ce que l'oscillateur (1) s'applique au porte-contact (5).
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le volume (7), limité au début de la déformation dans l'outil d'estampage (2) par la boîte de guidage (3) et le poinçon (4), est d'au moins 20% supérieur au volume de l'ébauche de corps de contact (6).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon mobile (4) constitue, en collaboration avec la boîte de guidage (3), en même temps l'outil de séparation des ébauches de corps de contact (6).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de la boîte de guidage (3) est chanfreiné sur le côté intérieur selon un angle de 30 à 60°.
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface de l'oscillateur (1) dirigée vers le porte-contact (5) est cannelée.
