Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anwikkel- und Schneidvorrichtung zum Anwickeln eines Drahtes an einen Stift, insbesondere Anschlussstift, für elektrische Spulen und zum Abtrennen des überstehenden Drahtes in einem Arbeitsgang, mit einer stationären Hülse, innerhalb der ein Dorn drehbar angeordnet ist, der eine zu seiner einen Stirnseite hin offene und im Wickelbereich erweiterte zentrische Bohrung aufweist, in die der Stift beim Anwickeln eintaucht, wobei die Bohrung mindestens im Wickelbereich einen wenigstens dem Wickeldurchmesser entsprechenden Durchmesser hat.
  • Bislang ist es üblich, von Hand und unter Zuhilfenahme einer Pinzette die Drähte an die Anschlussstifte, z. B. für elektrische Spulen und dergl. anzuwickeln und die überstehenden Drahtreste mittels eines Seitenschneiders abzutrennen. Soweit Vorrichtungen im Einsatz sind, zeichnen sich diese durch ihre erhebliche Aufwendigkeit aus.
  • So zeigt die US-A-3244202 eine Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung mit einem in einer Hülse geführten Dorn mit parallel zur Dornlängsachse verlaufender, randoffener Nut, die in eine Öffnung mündet, die mit einer Schneide zum Abtrennen eines in dieser Nut geführten Drahtes ausgestattet ist. Die Hülse besitzt dabei auf ihrer Mantelaussenfläche und zwar in ihrem zur Stirnseite gekehrten Bereich eine Kerbe bzw. Nut zur stationären Halterung eines Drahtendes. Zusätzlich enthält der Dorn eine zentrische Bohrung, die an der von der ·Öfsnung abgekehrten Stirnseite eine Erweiterung aufweist, die über eine aufwendig gestaltete Ausnehmung mit der Nut verbunden und mit einer Kante ausgestattet ist, die eine rechteckförmige «Umformung» des Drahtes bewirken soll. Diese bekannte Vorrichtung ist zum Anwickeln von Drähten mit rechteckförmigem Querschnitt an Anschlussstifte mit gleichfalls rechteckförmigem Querschnitt bestimmt. Je Anwickelvorgang wird hierbei das abisolierte Drahtende durch die Nut im Dorn geführt und das isolierte Teil in der Nut fixiert, wonach erst der eigentliche Anwickelvorgang einsetzt.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mittels der in einfacher Weise das Anwickeln eines Drahtes an einen Stift und das Abtrennen des überstehenden Drahtrestes in einem einzigen Arbeitsgang erfolgen. Die Vorrichtung soll darüber hinaus noch bei Abständen der Abschlussstifte von weniger als 10 mm, wie dies z. B. bei Spulenkörpern der Fall sein kann, einsetzbar sein und sich zudem durch einen so geringen Raumbedarf auszeichnen, dass ggf. auch mehrere Vorrichtungen zusammengefasst werden können.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung bei einer Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art vor, dass die Hülse und der Dorn einen nach der einen Stirnseite und zur Mantelfläche der Vorrichtung hin offenen und zur Bohrung gerichteten, zur Mittelachse von Dorn und Hülse schrägen Schlitz aufweisen. Diese Schrägschlitze können bevorzugt tangential zur Bohrung gerichtet sein.
  • Zweckmässigerweise ist der Dorn mit einem Antrieb, z. B. Getriebe-Elektromotor gekoppelt, dessen Steuerung so gewählt ist, dass in der Start- bzw. Ausgangsstellung der Vorrichtung die Schrägschlitze der Hülse und des Dorns fluchten. Die Vorrichtung, deren Antrieb mittels eines Fussschalters betätigbar sein kann, ist z. B. auf einer Werkbank befestigbar, derart, dass diese in Richtung zum Anschlussstift weist.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in teilweise gebrochener und strichlinierter Darstellung eine Seitenansicht der Anwickel-und Schneidvorrichtung nach der Erfindung,
    • Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf die Vorrichtung nach Fig. 1,
    • Fig. 3 bis 6 die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung anhand von verschiedenen Arbeitsstellungen.
  • Gemäss Fig. 1 weist die Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung eine stationäre Hülse 2 auf. Innerhalb dieser Hülse ist ein Dorn drehbar gelagert. Der Dorn 1 besitzt eine zentrische Bohrung 3, die, wie dies bei 4 angedeutet ist, am Dorn-Stirnende erweitert ist. Die Länge und die lichten Weiten der Bohrung und der Erweiterung 4 sind bestimmt durch die maximale Anschlussstiftlänge, den Durchmesser des Anschlussstiftes und den Durchmesser des Anschlussstiftes samt Draht, d. h. den sogenannten Wickeldurchmesser. Die Tiefe des erweiterten Teiles 4 der Bohrung 3 richtet sich nach der gewünschten Wickellänge.
  • Der Dorn 1 und die Hülse 2 besitzen je einen nach ihrer einen Stirnseite hin offenen und zur Bohrung samtAusnehmung 4 gerichteten Schrägschlitz 5 bzw. 6.
  • Die Wirkungsweise dieser Vorrichtung ist wie folgt: Durch einen entsprechend gesteuerten Antrieb werden zunächst der Dorn 1 und die Hülse 2 in eine Stellung zueinander befördert, in der die beiden Schrägschlitze 5 und 6 fluchten. Anschlies.. send wird gemäss Fig. 3 und 4 ein Draht 11 in die Schrägschlitze eingelegt und z. B. ein Spulenkör.. per 10 samt Anschlussstift 7 in Pfeilrichtung B befördert, derart, dass der Anschlussstift (siehe Fig. 4) in die Bohrung 3 eintaucht.
  • Durch Betätigung z. B. eines Fussschalters wird über einen in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Antrieb, z. B. Getriebe-Elektromotor, der Dorn 1 in Pfeilrichtung A bewegt, wobei mit Beginn der Drehbewegung das überstehende Drahtende an der in Fig. 2 mit 8 bezeichneten Schnittkante abgeschert wird und die im Dorn verbleibende Drahtlänge sich beim Weiterdrehen des Dorns restlos um den Anschlussstift 7 wickelt. Die Länge "a" (siehe Fig. 1) bestimmt dabei die nach dem Ab scheren im Dorn verbleibende Drahtlänge und damit auch die Anzahl der Windungen des Drahtes um den Anschlussstift.
  • Nach der vorprogrammierten Anzahl der Dornumdrehungen wird der Dorn in Ausgangsposition gestoppt, so dass die Schrägschlitze 5, 6 wieder in zueinander fluchtender Stellung sind und schliesslich der Spulenkörper 10 samt angewickeltem Anschlussstift in Pteilrichtung C von der Vorrichtung abgehoben.
  • Bei richtiger Bemessung der Vorrichtung liegt der Draht eng am Anschlussstift an, ist dicht an dicht gewickelt und kein nach aussen stehendes Drahtende vorhanden.

Claims (3)

1. Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung zum Anwickeln eines Drahtes (11) an einen Stift (7), insbesondere Anschlussstift, für elektrische Spulen und zum Abtrennen des überstehenden Drahtes in einem Arbeitsgang, mit einer stationären Hülse (2), innerhalb der ein Dorn (1) drehbar angeordnet ist, der eine zu seiner einen Stirnseite hin offene und im Wickelbereich (4) erweiterte zentrische Bohrung (3) aufweist, in die der Stift beim Anwickeln eintaucht, dass die Bohrung (3) mindestens im Wickelbereich (4) einen wenigstens dem Wickeldurchmesser entsprechenden Durchmesser hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (2) und der Dorn (1) einen nach der einen Stirnseite und zur Mantelfläche der Vorrichtung hin offenen und zur Bohrung gerichteten, zur Mittelachse von Dorn und Hülse schrägen Schlitz (5, 6) aufweisen.
2. Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrägschlitze (5 bzw. 6) tangential zur Bohrung (3, 4) gerichtet sind.
3. Anwickel- und Schneidvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dorn (1) mit einem Antrieb gekoppelt ist, in dessen Startstellung die Schrägschlitze (5, 6) des Dorns (1) und der Hülse (2) fluchten.
