Claims (16)

1. Dispositif suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que la flèche (6a) peut être amenée à pivoter à l'état raccourci autour du palier de pivotement fixe (22) du socle (1) et écartée de la broche (7) du dévidoir afin de dégager la zone de travail en amont du dévidoir lorsque le dispositif d'introduction de bandes est disposé à poste fixe dans la zone des bandes devant le dévidoir.
