Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system for any type of multiple glazing on new windows and old windows, which in all window constructions regardless of material and material, in an easy to install manner, taking into account the interchangeability of individual glass panes, the possible variations in terms of the number of glass panes arranged one behind the other with a corresponding air gap as also any widening of the air gap between the panes, with full utilization of the window profile frame, and the conversion from single to double glazing in old windows, as well as the subsequent expansion of double glazing in triple or multiple glazing, in which the glass panes can be attached using rubber-like elastomeric seals -Insert-clamp profile frames (DEK profile frames) can be fitted with a clamping device without cement, or can be dismantled in the case of a repair, whereby the enclosed air is exchanged by N 2 gas flushing.
  • DEK profile frames Rubber-like elastomeric seals -Insert-clamp profile frames
  • Multi-glazed windows are also known, see DE-U-75 30 303 and DE-U-77 29 252 (own development), for which a sealing insert-clamping profile (DEK profile) with sound and heat is also used for the distancing - Insulating effect is used, but there are no variations and widening of the air gap, the use of thick glass panes to increase the sound insulation effect is required.
  • DEK profile sealing insert-clamping profile
  • a two-part plastic profile for insulating glazing is known from DE-A-25 18630.
  • the two parts of this holding profile are angular and the mutually facing horizontal profile legs are held together by a barb plug connection.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a system for any multiple glazing on new windows and old windows, in which the glass panes can be permanently elastic.
  • the prefabricated DEK profile frame has two perpendicular sealing surfaces running parallel to one another with comb-like recesses in the longitudinal axis and arranged individually or in groups next to one another between the panes, determines the distance between them and the upper surface of the Profile frame also has comb-shaped recesses that the profile frame comprising the outer glass panes has one or two angular legs with an integrally formed sealing lip and that the horizontal legs have wedge-shaped incisions that the tensioning device further consists of a tensioning rail profile, the holding part and tensioning part of which are made of temperature-resistant, impact-resistant plastic Large manufacturing lengths is made, the holding part is rectangular and is designed with or without angled side legs and a recess on the support surface for attachment in the narrow side is easy Tapered recess with sawtooth-like elevations in the longitudinal axis on the underside over the entire recess depth, and sawtooth-like elevations in the opposite direction in the lower part of the recess, and that the
  • Such a system for any type of multiple glazing is quick, easy, clean and permanently tight to install, requires little storage for all parts and constructions to be glazed and can be used for retrofitting old and new windows.
  • the system according to the invention is outstandingly suitable for solar collectors, since no demands are made on the frame construction, the system is absolutely weatherproof and temperature-resistant and ⁇ possesses> good thermal insulation properties ⁇ ->, which can be determined by widening the air gap as desired and required.
  • the standard DEK profile shown in Fig. 5 is made of elastomeric rubber-like mass as a ready-to-install frame, prefabricated to any pane size according to the dimensions, is with two vertical, parallel the distance of the minimum selected width of the air gap of a standard double glazing 1G, 2G, corresponding multi-lip sealing surface (7) and has angular clamping parts (10) at both ends, at the ends of which there is a large sealing lip (18) and on the inside a pair of comb lips (9) in the area of the clamping zone (17).
  • the inside of the frame profile on the insert is provided with a ridged rib (8) and opposite on the lower side with a recess (6).
  • the distance and compensation DEK profile shown in FIG. 6 is produced essentially like the standard profile.
  • the spacer profile D has rectangular webs (13) (block part) on both sides of the lower part, which are formed as an extension of the sealing surface (7) with an incision (14) (tear-off edge), the outer recess (6) being omitted.
  • the compensation profile A is made essentially like the standard profile, but has only one side an angular clamping part (10) with incision (14) (tear-off edge) and is prefabricated as a frame without recess (6).
  • the holding part I has a wedge-shaped recess with one-sided sawtooth-like elevations (15) and opposite sawtooth-like elevations (16), the bearing surface is provided with a recess (21) and a fastening hole.
  • Holding part Is (standard) is produced essentially like part I, but with an angularly arranged web part (19), which has a semicircular elevation (17a) on the inside at the end of the leg.
  • the clamping part of the clamping rail II has an angular profile, the lower leg or sawtooth-like recesses arranged in mirror image (15a) and (16a) suitable for engagement in the holding parts I and Is.
  • a semicircular elevation (17a) running in the longitudinal axis is provided at the level of the contact point.
  • the prefabricated casement frame profile H in Fig. 1 delivered without a glass retaining strip, can be installed standing or lying.
  • the holding part of (Fig. 7) is cut to length and screwed with the wedge-shaped recess to the outside about 5 mm from the outside on the glass receiving surface of the window profile in the prepared mounting holes, nailed or fastened with adhesive.
  • the opposite holding part is attached in mirror image as described.
  • the remaining middle section is provided with a correspondingly thick block of block.
  • the clamping part II which is precisely adjusted for fermentation, is inserted into the holding part I on the room side and left to protrude about 2 mm.
  • the pane 5G is first assembled, for this purpose the clamping part (10) is torn off on one side on the standard DEK profile (FIG.
  • the compensating profile frame (A) is placed on the spacer profile D (Fig. 6), the insert (13) is torn off on one side, the profile frame is placed on, disc 3G inserted, rinsed, spacer profile frame D (Fig. 6) is placed on, disc 2P is inserted , rinsed, the clamping part (10) torn off on one side of the standard DEK profile frame (Fig.
  • the pane 1G framed and inserted. Then the gas purging takes place as described, however, at least 10 minutes per m 2 . Then the clamping part II (Fig. 7) is inserted and tensioned evenly, both sides checked and tightened and the window sash is hung.
  • FIG. 3 Another example describes the conversion of the standard double glazing to old windows according to FIG. 3, lower half.
  • the old putty bed, including the pane is cut out across the wooden frame width at right angles using a circular saw on the glazing rebate and the corners are reworked with a chisel or jigsaw.
  • the holding part Is of the tensioning rail is attached at a distance of 2 mm from the outer edge as described above, the pair of panes 1G and 2G are framed with the standard DEK profile according to (Fig. 5), the enclosed air is exchanged for gas, the prepared glazing element is inserted, the clamping part II inserted, tensioned and the window sash hung.
  • the exemplary embodiment described can be modified in many ways without departing from the basic idea of the invention.
  • the clamping device could consist of individual holders in multiple numbers and other material, the same applies to the design of the sealing surfaces and type of sealing lips, where another type of material is also possible, for example a hard core with a soft sealing surface.
  • the system of the described embodiment is because of the possible variations with regard to the number of glass panes arranged one behind the other with a corresponding air gap, as well as any widening of the air gap between the panes, with full use of the window profile frame, in a cementless type of glazing for new and old windows, regardless of material and material in an easy-to-assemble type, taking into account the interchangeability of individual panes, as well as subsequent expansion to multiple glazing, suitable for each type of load to achieve the maximum achievable sound and heat insulation in the range of the required sound insulation classes 3 to 6, high efficiency, energy saving at the lowest cost.
  • the system can be used individually in all window constructions and parts to be glazed, regardless of material and material.
