Abstract

Se divulga un empaque con una válvula respirable para prolongar la vida verde de productos perecederos. El empaque se compone de un contenedor flexible y un ensamble de válvula respirable que permite controlar la concentración de oxígeno, dióxido de carbono, vapor de agua y etileno en la atmósfera interior, a un valor deseado dependiendo del peso y la velocidad de respiración del producto. EL empaque procura aumentar la vida verde de productos perecederos tales como la fruta y los vegetales.
