Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una síntesis para la preparación de derivados de epotilona de la fórmula 9, en donde: R1 es metilo, y R2 tiene el significado de un arilo insustituido o sustituido, un heteroarilo insustituido o sustituido, o un radical heterocíclico insustituido o sustituido fusionado con un núcleo de benceno, y sales de los mismos, e intermediarios para la síntesis de un compuesto de la fórmula 9.
