Изобретение относится к способу регистрации для определения местоположения и ориентации объекта относительно системы определения местоположения, способ содержит этапы, на которых захватывают изображение поверхности объекта с помощью блока датчика изображения, содержащего по меньшей мере один датчик движения и/или по меньшей мере один датчик местоположения, определяют местоположение захвата блока датчика изображения в системе координат системы определения местоположения путем обработки сигналов датчика движения, обеспеченных упомянутым датчиком движения, и/или сигналов местоположения, обеспеченными упомянутым датчиком местоположения, фотограмметрическим образом генерируют модель поверхности объекта из захваченного изображения и преобразуют фотограмметрическим образом сгенерированную модель поверхности в систему координат системы определения местоположения.
