Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema para detectar vibraciones de una superficie. El sistema incluye una fuente de luz coherente para proyectar un patrón de múltiples haces sobre la superficie y un dispositivo de formación de imágenes para mapear un campo de moteado generado por cada punto formado en la superficie por el patrón de múltiples haces a una única región de un sensor de formación de imágenes. El sistema incluye adicionalmente un procesador para procesar información del campo de moteado recibida mediante el sensor de formación de imágenes y derivar información de vibraciones superficiales.
