Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предлагает стальной корд для армирования резины. Стальной корд содержит сердцевинную прядь и по меньшей мере три наружных пряди, скрученных вокруг сердцевинной пряди, причем сердцевинная прядь содержит по меньшей мере одну первую сердцевинную нить и множество первых наружных нитей, скрученных вокруг по меньшей мере первой сердцевинной нити, каждая наружная прядь содержит некоторое количество вторых нитей, причем по меньшей мере одной из множества первых наружных нитей придана предварительная форма перед скручиванием в сердцевинную прядь, а по меньшей мере одна из вторых стальных нитей является прямой перед скручиванием для образования каждой наружной пряди. Стальной корд имеет улучшенные эксплуатационные характеристики в отношении перемещения сердцевинной нити.
