Abstract
Стальной корд (132), выполненный с возможностью армирования брекера или подпротекторного слоя резиновой шины, содержащий сердцевинную группу и оболочковую группу. Сердцевинная группа содержит от двух до четырех сердцевинных стальных нитей (102) с первым диаметром d, а оболочковая группа содержит от одной до шести оболочковых стальных нитей (116) со вторым диаметром d. Соотношение d/dпервого диаметра dко второму диаметру dсоставляет от 1,10 до 1,70. Две сердцевинные стальные нити (102) раскручены или имеют шаг скручивания свыше 300 мм. Оболочковая группа скручена вокруг сердцевинной группы с шагом скручивания корда и в направлении скручивания корда. Соотношение разницы в остаточных напряжениях кручения между сердцевинной группой и оболочковой группой к разнице в уровне насыщения между сердцевинной группой и оболочковой группой находится в диапазоне от 0,10 до 0,65, предпочтительно от 0,10 до 0,60. Стальной корд (132) не разлохмачивается, а пластическая деформация стальных нитей (102, 116) может быть снижена, не приводя к разлохмачиванию стального корда (132). Также раскрывается крутильное оборудование (100), содержащее банчер (106), и способ изготовления указанного стального корда (132).
