Abstract
Согласно настоящему изобретению предусмотрены диагностические и прогностические способы прогнозирования эффективности лечения пациента со злокачественной опухолью с помощью ингибитора MAT2A. Предусмотрены способы прогнозирования чувствительности роста опухолевых клеток к ингибированию с помощью ингибитора MAT2A, предусматривающие оценку того, отсутствует ли в опухолевой клетке ген MTAP, на основании чего клетки, которые являются MTAP-null, являются чувствительными к ингибированию с помощью ингибиторов MAT2A.
