Abstract
Изобретение относится к молекуле нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащей нуклеотидную последовательность с низкой повторяемостью, кодирующую повторяющуюся аминокислотную последовательность с высоким содержанием пролина/аланина. Кодируемый полипептид содержит повторяющуюся аминокислотную последовательность, образующую случайный клубок. Молекула нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащая указанные нуклеотидные последовательности с низкой повторяемостью, может дополнительно содержать нуклеотидную последовательность, кодирующую биологически или фармакологически активный белок. Кроме того, согласно настоящему изобретению предложены средства и способы отбора, позволяющие идентифицировать указанную молекулу нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащую указанную нуклеотидную последовательность с низкой повторяемостью. Настоящее изобретение также относится к способу получения указанных молекул нуклеиновых кислот. Кроме того, здесь предложены способы получения кодируемого полипептида или конъюгатов лекарственных средств с кодируемым полипептидом с использованием предложенных здесь молекул нуклеиновых кислот. Конъюгат лекарственного средства может содержать биологически или фармакологически активный белок или низкомолекулярное лекарственное средство. Кроме того, здесь предложены векторы и хозяева, содержащие такие молекулы нуклеиновых кислот.
