Abstract
Изобретение предусматривает слитые полипептиды, содержащие фрагмент, специфичный в отношении Ang-2, и другой фрагмент - в отношении VEGF-A, причем такой слитый полипептид можно применять в качестве антагониста Ang-2 и VEGF-A. Такой слитый полипептид можно использовать во многих фармацевтических применениях, например, в качестве средства, применимого для ингибирования или уменьшения ангиогенеза. Настоящее изобретение также касается способов получения слитых полипептидов, описанных в данном документе, а также композиций, содержащих такие слитые полипептиды. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к молекулам нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующим такие слитые полипептиды, их аминокислотным последовательностям и способам получения таких слитых полипептидов и молекул нуклеиновой кислоты. Кроме того, в настоящей заявке раскрыты пути применения в терапии и/или диагностике этого слитого полипептида, а также композиций, содержащих один или более таких слитых полипептидов.
