Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ приготовления сухих диспергируемых в воде наноцеллюлозных частиц с немодифицированной поверхностью или порошкообразной композиции, включающей указанные частицы, включающий стадии i) получения первой суспензии целлюлозных частиц с немодифицированной поверхностью в первой водной жидкости, при этом водная жидкость не растворяет наноцеллюлозные частицы с немодифицированной поверхностью, ii) замены, по существу, всей первой водной жидкости в первой суспензии на второй растворитель, смешивающийся с первой водной жидкостью и не растворяющий наноцеллюлозные частицы с немодифицированной поверхностью, с образованием второй суспензии наноцеллюлозных частиц с немодифицированной поверхностью во втором растворителе, iii) приведения потока второй суспензии наноцеллюлозных частиц с немодифицированной поверхностью в контакт с потоком текучей среды в сверхкритическом или критическом состоянии, при этом текучая среда в сверхкритическом или критическом состоянии смешивается со вторым растворителем и не сольватирует наноцеллюлозные частицы с немодифицированной поверхностью, в условиях, подходящих для перемещения, по существу, всего второго растворителя в сверхкритическую текучую среду, iv) удаления второго растворителя и текучей среды в сверхкритическом или критическом состоянии, предпочтительно, путем регулирования давления и/или температуры, с образованием сухих диспергируемых в воде наноцеллюлозных частиц, v) накопления сухих диспергируемых в воде наноцеллюлозных частиц с немодифицированной поверхностью и/или приготовления порошкообразной композиции, включающей указанные частицы.
