Abstract
composição modificadora da reologia seca compreende um polímero de emulsão expansível e um polímero de suporte hidrossolúvel. em uma realização, o polímero de emulsão expansível é polimerizado na presença do polímero de suporte hidrossolúvel. em uma realização, o polímero de emulsão expansível é misturado com o polímero de suporte hidrossolúvel. a secagem pode ser realizada por meio de secagem por pulverização, resultando em pó não pegajoso que possui boa vida útil. os modificadores da reologia secos podem ser submetidos a tratamento a quente adicional, o que pode resultar em modificador da reologia que fornece característica de fluxo curto a formulações de produto. o polímero de emulsão expansível pode ser expansível alcalino ou expansível ácido. o polímero de suporte hidrossolúvel pode ser polissacarídeo ou um de seus derivados, ou acetato de polivinila ou seu derivado.
