Abstract
Предложен электрический двигатель постоянного тока, имеющий статор, установленный на подложку, причем статор имеет узел катушек, имеющий сердечник из магнитного материала, ротор, установленный на статор, при этом ротор содержит постоянные магниты, распределенные радиально вокруг ротора, причем постоянные магниты выходят за пределы дальней оконечности магнитного сердечника, и датчики, установленные на подложку рядом с постоянными магнитами. Во время эксплуатации электродвигателя прохождение постоянных магнитов поверх упомянутого одного или более датчиков приводит к выработке, по существу, синусоидального сигнала изменяющегося напряжения, по существу, без шума и/или насыщения, тем самым обеспечивая определение углового положения ротора относительно подложки исходя из линейных участков синусоидального сигнала, не требуя применения кодера или датчиков положения и не требуя подавления шума или фильтрации сигнала.
