Abstract

Предоставлена подложка матрицы, которая содержит подложку. Первый металлический слой, первый изолирующий слой, второй металлический слой, второй изолирующий слой и слой электродов пикселя последовательно расположены на подложке. Множество первых сквозных отверстий и множество вторых сквозных отверстий расположены в месте расположения соединительной линии так, чтобы оголять первую металлическую линию и вторую металлическую линию.
