Abstract
Раскрыты подложка матрицы FFS и жидкокристаллическое устройство отображения, содержащее ее. Подложка матрицы FFS содержит подложку, первый металлический слой, первый изолирующий слой, второй металлический слой, второй изолирующий слой, слой прозрачного электрода, третий изолирующий слой и слой общего электрода. Слой общего электрода содержит линию общего электрода, имеющую низкое удельное сопротивление, и прозрачный общий электрод. Подложка матрицы FFS гарантирует стабильность электрического потенциала на общем электроде и улучшает эффект отображения жидкокристаллического устройства отображения.
