Abstract

Согласно настоящему изобретению предложены конъюгаты, состоящие из лекарственного компонента и связывающегося с клеткой агента, которые целенаправленно воздействуют на рецептор фактора роста фибробластов 3 типа (FGFR3). Указанные конъюгаты имеют терапевтическое применение, поскольку они разработаны и специально созданы для целенаправленного воздействия на специфическую клеточную популяцию и для доставки сильного цитотоксина внутрь клетки. Конъюгат согласно настоящему изобретению обладает значительными преимуществами перед другими конъюгатами, известными в данной области техники, обеспечивая направленную терапию опухоли, а также существование "эффекта свидетеля" по отношению к соседним клеткам, на основании важного для онкологии рецептора, который экспрессируется только лишь на среднем уровне.
