Abstract

В настоящем изобретении разработан способ получения твердого топлива. В соответствии со способом отработанный глинистый сланец, золу, полученную в результате высокотемпературного процесса разложения нефтеносного сланца, переработанный отработанный глинистый сланец, золу, полученную прямым сжиганием нефтеносного сланца, золу, полученную непрямым сжиганием нефтеносного сланца, или любую их смесь используют в качестве твердого топлива без каких-либо добавок или с органическими и неорганическими добавками. Температура воспламенения топлива имеет значение выше 300°С, скорость воздушного потока в камере горения имеет значение больше 5 м/с и кислород может быть добавлен для повышения эффективности горения в процессе горения. В настоящем изобретении были разработаны способы получения клинкера, получения сырьевого материала для производства теплоизоляционных (изоляционных) материалов, получения сырьевого материала для производства кирпичных блоков для строительства, получения сырьевого материала для производства тротуарной плитки и получения активированного угля для очистки, фильтрации, адсорбции и абсорбции жидкостей и газов для повышения эффективности горения в процессе сжигания.
