Abstract
В соответствующей изобретению отражающей инфракрасное излучение системе слоев прозрачной подложки (100), включающей расположенные в этой последовательности: размещенный на прозрачной подложке (100) первый диэлектрический слой (D1), размещенный на первом диэлектрическом слое (D1) второй диэлектрический слой (D2), первую систему (MS1) металлического слоя, включающую в этой последовательности: первый металлический слой (M1), предпочтительно состоящий из Ag или включающий его, первый блокирующий слой (В1), диэлектрическую систему (BDS) барьерного покровного слоя, предусматривается, что первый диэлектрический слой (D1) состоит из SiOили включает его, и второй диэлектрический слой (D2) состоит из TiOили AlOили включает их, или что первый диэлектрический слой (D1) состоит из AlOили включает его, и второй диэлектрический слой (D2) состоит из TiOили включает его. В способе изготовления соответствующей изобретению отражающей инфракрасное излучение системы слоев на подготовленной прозрачной подложке (100) предусматривается, что по меньшей мере один из нанесенных отдельных слоев наносится распылением керамической мишени или реактивным распылением.
