Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к области олигопептидных пролекарств, которые предназначены для лечения рака. Селективность данных пролекарств требует присутствия (олиго)пептидного фрагмента и/или защитной кэпирующей группы для обеспечения стабильности пролекарства в крови. Изобретение также, в частности, относится к конкретному олигопептидному фрагменту ALGP и содержащим его пролекарствам. В частности, изобретение также относится к кэпирующей группе фосфоноацетил и к пролекарствам, содержащим данную кэпирующую группу.
