Abstract

В заявке описан состав для защиты от окалины и в качестве смазки при горячей обработке металлов, представляющий собой смесь тонкопорошковых материалов, которая содержит, по меньшей мере, следующие компоненты: (а) вторичное или третичное кальцийфосфатное соединение, гидроксилапатит или их смесь в количестве от 0 до 15 мас.%, (б) жирную кислоту, соль жирной кислоты или их смесь в количестве от 0,1 до 35 мас.%, (в) молотое боросиликатное стекло в количестве от 1 до 90 мас.%, которое в пересчете на него содержит натрий (Na), бор (В), кремний (Si) и алюминий (Al) в следующих, выраженных через оксиды каждого из них массовых долях: NaO в количестве от 1 до 30 мас.%, ВОв количестве от 2 до 70 мас.%, SiOв количестве от 10 до 70 мас.% и AlOв количестве от 0 до 10 мас.%, (г) конденсированные фосфаты щелочных металлов в количестве от 9 до 85 мас.%, (д) борную кислоту, соль борной кислоты или их смесь в количестве, которое соответственно содержанию бора, выраженному через его оксид ВО, составляет от 0 до 3,2 мас.%, (е) графит в количестве от 0 до 10 мас.% и у которой средний размер D50 ее частиц составляет не более 300 мкм.
