Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу изготовления трубы из биаксиально-ориентированного термопластического материала, в котором посредством экструзии термопластического материала получают трубу в предварительно отформованном состоянии - заготовку трубы, используя экструдер, содержащий экструзионную головку с внутренним элементом - дорном, который формирует полость заготовки трубы. Заготовку трубы приводят к требуемой температуре. Используют расширительное устройство, содержащее недеформируемый расширительный участок, диаметр которого постепенно увеличивается до максимального диаметра, при этом расширительный участок находится в контакте с трубой и прикладывает к трубе расширяющее усилие, вызывающее расширение в окружном направлении трубы, температура которой была предварительно снижена и выровнена. Способ содержит протяжку трубы, температура которой была предварительно снижена и выровнена, через расширительное устройство при помощи тянущего устройства таким образом, что труба превращается из заготовки в трубу из биаксиально-ориентированного термопластического материала, который структурно ориентирован в направлении оси трубы и в окружном направлении.
