Abstract

Раскрыт способ регулирования процесса производства уксусной кислоты. Способ включает (i) осуществление реакции метанола и монооксида углерода в присутствии катализатора карбонилирования, стабилизатора катализатора, метилйодида, воды и метилацетата с образованием реакционной смеси, содержащей катализатор, стабилизатор катализатора, метанол, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода, метилйодид, метилацетат, воду и уксусную кислоту; (ii) измерение концентрации одного из компонентов реакционной смеси с помощью рамановской спектроскопии и (iii) регулирование концентрации этого компонента в реакционной смеси в соответствии с измеренной концентрацией. Способ настоящего изобретения особенно полезен для измерения и регулирования концентрации монооксида углерода в жидкой реакционной смеси.
