Abstract
Лазерно-искровой эмиссионный спектроскопический (LIBS) анализатор (10) содержит оптический путь Р (изображенный штриховыми линиями Р1 и штрихпунктирными линиями Р2) и автоматическую фокусирующую (или отслеживающую) систему (12). Оптический путь Р фокусирует лазерный луч, испускаемый из лазера (14), на часть образца S, который необходимо проанализировать анализатором (10), и фокусирует излучение, испускаемое образцом S при облучении лазерным лучом, в детектор (16). Автоматическая фокусирующая система (12) способна изменять длину оптического пути Р для поддержания постоянного пространственного расположения (т.е. расстояния) между фокальной точкой (18) лазерного луча и образцом S; а также для поддержания постоянного мгновенного поля обзора (IFOV) детектора (16) на фокальной точке лазера.
