Abstract
Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает новые пиримидиновые и пиридиновые соединения в соответствии с формулой (I), формулой (II), формулой (III), формулой (IV) и формулой (V), их получение и применение для лечения гиперпролиферативных заболеваний, включая, но не ограничиваясь перечисленным, рак, волчанку, аллергические расстройства, болезнь Шегрена и ревматоидный артрит. В предпочтительных вариантах осуществления настоящее изобретение описывает необратимо действующие ингибиторы киназ, включая, но не ограничиваясь перечисленным, ингибиторы тирозинкиназы Брутона.
