Abstract
Описан непрерывный способ карбонилирования этилена в жидкой фазе с использованием монооксида углерода, сореагента и подходящей каталитической системы. Способ включает стадии: (i) образования жидкой фазы, содержащей сореагент и подходящую каталитическую систему, получаемую объединением: (a) металла VIII группы/соединения; (b) лиганда общей формулы (I)и (с) необязательно, источника анионов; где Qнеобязательно представляет собой фосфор; (ii) образования газовой фазы в контакте с жидкой фазой путем предоставления, по меньшей мере, входящего подаваемого потока газообразного этилена и входящего подаваемого потока газообразного монооксида углерода, где мольное соотношение этилен:СО, поступающих в жидкую фазу из входящих подаваемых потоков, больше чем 2:1; (iii) взаимодействие этилена с монооксидом углерода в присутствии сореагента и подходящей каталитической системы в жидкой фазе; где мольное соотношение газов этилен:СО в газовой фазе находится в интервале между 20:1 и 1000:1 или где мольное соотношение этилен:СО в жидкой фазе больше чем 10:1.
