Abstract

Изобретение касается способа получения гранулированного, связанного с кремнием псевдоожиженного катализатора с улучшенной износостойкостью, включающего следующие этапы: I) приготовление водной суспензии, содержащей частицы цеолита, II) добавление смеси полисилоксана, содержащей один или несколько гидролизуемых предконденсатов полисилоксана, и смешивание водной суспензии и смеси полисилоксана, III) распылительная сушка полученной на этапе II) смеси, причем перед распылительной сушкой смесь гомогенизируют, и IV) кальцинирование полученного с помощью распылительной сушки на этапе III) псевдоожиженного катализатора, и связанного с кремнием псевдоожиженного катализатора, получаемого указанным способом, а также его применения для неокислительной дегидроароматизации С-С-алифатических соединений.
