Abstract

Предложены катализатор с низкой объемной усадкой и способ получения стойкого катализатора с низкой объемной усадкой. Катализатор получают сульфидированием предшественника катализатора, содержащего по меньшей мере одно соединение металла группы VIB; по меньшей мере одно соединение металла-промотора, выбранное из групп VIII, IIB, IIA, IVA и их сочетаний и имеющее степень окисления либо +2, либо +4; возможно, по меньшей мере один лигандообразующий агент; возможно, по меньшей мере, один разбавитель. В одном примере осуществления предшественник катализатора сначала подвергают формованию, а затем термической обработке до температуры в диапазоне от 50 до 200°С в течение времени от 15 мин до 12 ч, причем предшественник катализатора имеет низкую (менее 12%) объемную усадку после нагревания до температуры не менее 100°С в течение по меньшей мере 30 мин, например, при сульфидировании или в реакторе гидроочистки. В одном примере осуществления предшественник катализатора имеет мономодальное распределение по объему пор, по меньшей мере 90% пор являются макропорами, и суммарный объем пор составляет не менее 0,08 г/см. В другом примере осуществления катализатор пригоден для гидроочистки тяжелого дистиллята, имеющего температуру кипения в диапазоне от 343 до 454°С, средний молекулярный вес Mn в диапазоне от 300 до 400 и средний молекулярный диаметр в диапазоне от 0,9 до 1,7 нм.
