Abstract

Способ для фракционирования изобутена от н-бутенов, включающий введение водорода и потока сырья, содержащего изобутен, 1-бутен и 2-бутен, в первую колонну, включающую реакционную зону, содержащую катализатор гидроизомеризации, работающий при давлении первой ступени, и одновременно (i) превращение по меньшей мере части 1-бутена в 2-бутен и (ii) отделение изобутена от 2-бутена; извлечение первой фракции дистиллята, содержащей изобутен, из первой колонны; извлечение первой кубовой фракции, содержащей изобутен, 2-бутен и непрореагировавший 1-бутен, из первой колонны; введение первой кубовой фракции в верхнюю часть второй колонны, включающую колонну фракционирования, работающую при давлении второй ступени, которое ниже давления первой ступени; разделение первой кубовой фракции на вторую фракцию дистиллята, содержащую изобутен и 1-бутен, и вторую кубовую фракцию, содержащую 2-бутен; сжатие второй фракции дистиллята и введение второй сжатой фракции дистиллята в нижнюю часть первой колонны.
