Abstract

В соответствии с настоящим способом содержащий углеводороды сырьевой поток разделяют на а) первый боковой поток, содержащий углеводородный разбавитель и олефиновый мономер; b) второй боковой поток, который, по существу, не содержит водорода и содержит углеводородный разбавитель и олефиновый мономер; с) нижний поток, содержащий, по существу, не содержащий олефины углеводородный разбавитель; и d) верхний паровой поток, содержащий олефиновый мономер, углеводородный разбавитель и компоненты, такие как формальдегид, Н, N, O, CO и СО. Настоящий способ также включает рециркуляцию указанного первого и указанного второго боковых потоков в процесс полимеризации для получения бимодального полиолефина.
