Abstract
Загрузочный газ из термического крекинга углеводородного исходного сырья перерабатывают в каталитической системе для дистилляции-гидрирования входного каскада олефиновой установки с целью более эффективного извлечения получаемого этилена и пропилена и переработки побочных продуктов. Степень загрязнения системы снижают, применяя в системе две колонны, при этом первая колонна работает при более высоком давлении и вторая колонна работает при меньшем давлении. В первой колонне происходит гидрирование, а также фракционирование, тогда как вторая колонна является только фракционирующей колонной. Температуру нижней части каждой колонны поддерживают ниже 200°С, чтобы избежать загрязнения.
