Abstract

Входной поток крекинг-газа обрабатывают в системе для каталитической дистилляции и гидрогенизации главной фракции установки для получения олефинов для более эффективного извлечения этилена и пропилена и для обработки побочных продуктов. Скорость загрязнения в системе снижается благодаря применению двух колон в системе с первой колонной, которая работает при высшем давлении, и второй колонной, которая работает при низшем давлении. Гидрогенизация, а также ректификация происходят в первой колонне, а вторая колонна функционирует лишь как ректификационная. Температуру низов из каждой колонны поддерживают на уровне ниже 200 °С для предотвращения загрязнения.
