Abstract
Способ быстрого обнаружения вирусов и/или вирусных частиц гриппа, содержащих гемагглютинин и нейраминидазный компонент, включающий в себя следующие стадии: а) связывание вирусов и/или вирусных частиц с подложкой, содержащей по меньшей мере один тип углеводного рецептора, выбранного из группы, состоящей из природных или синтетических олигосахаридов, которые соединены или находятся в композиции с гликопротеинами, такими как гликофорин, a1-кислый гликопротеин, а2-макроглобулин, овомукоид и их сочетаниями, углеводный рецептор подложки связывается с гемагглютининовым компонентом вирусов и/или вирусных частиц; b) взаимодействия нейраминидазного компонента связанных вирусов и/или вирусных частиц с меченым ферментным субстратом, что генерируют детектируемый сигнал; и с) детекции сигнала, порожденного на этапе b).
