Abstract
Описано смазочное устройство с по меньшей мере одной смазочной шестерней для нанесения, например, подаваемого посредством смазочного насоса по смазочной линии из запасного резервуара смазочного материала, прежде всего консистентной смазки, на по меньшей мере одно зубчатое колесо (2) или тому подобное, при этом смазочная шестерня (1) имеет внешнее зубчатое зацепление, в котором оканчивается по меньшей мере одно выпускное смазочное отверстие. Зубья (7) внешнего зубчатого зацепления смазочной шестерни (1) имеют по отношению к эвольвентному зацеплению укороченный профиль боковой поверхности зубов, при этом высота (hk) головки и/или ширина боковых поверхностей по окружности уменьшены на расположенном радиально снаружи делительной окружности участке боковой поверхности зубов.
