Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения полиэтиленов с применением ряда последовательно расположенных реакторов, включающему стадии, на которых: а) этилен, разбавитель, катализатор, сокатализатор и, при необходимости, сомономеры и водород вводят в первый реактор, б) в реакционной смеси указанного первого реактора осуществляют полимеризацию этилена и возможных сомономеров с получением полиэтиленов, в) реакционную смесь выпускают из указанного первого реактора, г) указанную реакционную смесь и свежий этилен и, при необходимости, сомономеры и водород вводят в последующий реактор для получения дополнительных полиэтиленов, д) указанную реакционную смесь выпускают из указанного последующего реактора и вводят в дополнительный последующий реактор, если он имеется, вместе со свежим этиленом и, при необходимости, сомономерами и водородом для получения дополнительных полиэтиленов; стадии (в) и (г) повторяют до последнего реактора из ряда реакторов; е) реакционную смесь выпускают из последнего реактора из ряда и извлекают полиэтилены; где дополнительное количество сокатализатора вводят по меньшей мере в один последующий реактор из ряда реакторов. Преимущество способа по настоящему изобретению состоит, главным образом, в уменьшении расхода катализатора для такой же выработки полиэтилена, иными словами, в увеличении производительности катализатора. В наиболее предпочтительном воплощении способ по настоящему изобретению осуществляют в двух петлевых реакторах в суспензионных условиях.
