Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу и устройству для размола горячего и влажного исходного материала. Изобретение предназначено для применения, в частности, в цементной промышленности для размола и одновременной сушки цементного клинкера, шлака и добавок. Для повышения производительности, экономии энергии и улучшения качества продукта, в частности в случае смешанных цементов, предусмотрены одновременные размол и сушка за счет регулируемой подачи охлаждающего газа в верхнюю часть мельницы при относительно высокой входной температуре горячего газа в нижней части мельницы. Подача охлаждающего газа обеспечивает заданную температуру газа и продукта после воздушного сепаратора и заменяет или значительно уменьшает невыгодный впрыск охлаждающей воды.
