Claims (5)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju klinkera s niskim udjelom ugljika s niskom potrošnjom energije, koji uključuje sljedeće faze: a) prethodno kalciniranje vapnenca koji se nalazi u sirovini, uzduž predkalciniranja i u ciklonskom tornju; b) početak procesa klinkeriranja sa ulazom sirovine nakon prethodnog kalciniranja, pri temperaturi višoj od 1400°C i sa sadržajem C3S iznad 60%; c) hlađenje materijala; naznačen time što nadalje sadrži d) uvođenje 5 do 30% silikatno aluminatnih materijala u odnosu na masu materijala koji se ovdje obrađuje u fazi hlađenja, na čelu hladnjaka, pri čemu se unošenje silikatno aluminatnih materijala provodi pomoću transportera za doziranje i puferira pomoću dvostrukog ulaznog ventila.
2. Postupak za proizvodnju klinkera s niskim udjelom ugljika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su silikatno aluminatni materijali odabrani od šljake iz visoke peći, glina, lapornih glina, škriljevca.
3. Postupak za proizvodnju klinkera s niskim udjelom ugljika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 naznačen time što je silikatno aluminatni materijal odabran od prirodnih pucolana, dijatomita i prerađenih materijala, poput umjetnih pucolana nastalih iz otpada ili nusproizvoda drugih industrija, na primjer letećeg pepela, pepela s dna peći, mikrosilike ili drugih nusproizvoda.
4. Postupak za proizvodnju klinkera s niskim udjelom ugljika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 i 3 naznačen time što su temperature aktiviranja prerađenih materijala između 200 °C i 250 °C.
5. Postupak za proizvodnju klinkera s niskim udjelom ugljika u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 i 2 naznačen time što se temperature aktiviranja silikatno aluminatnih materijala kreću između 700°C i 900 °C.
