Изобретение относится к металлургии, а более конкретно - к легированным хромом и никелем коррозионно-стойким сталям, используемым для изготовления реакторов (реторт) аппаратов магниетермического производства губчатого титана. Жаропрочная коррозионно-стойкая сталь, содержащая, кроме железа (Fe) в качестве основы, углерод (С), азот (N), марганец (Mn), кремний (Si), хром (Cr), никель (Ni), ванадий (V), по крайней мере один редкоземельный металл (РЗМ) из группы церий (Се), лантан (La), презиодим (Pr), ниодим (Nd), она дополнительно содержит титан (Ti) и по крайней мере один элемент из группы ниобий (Nb), тантал (Та), цирконий (Zr), гафний (Hf) в качестве карбидо- и нитридообразователей при следующем соотношении элементов, мас.%: С 0,04-0,15; N 0,01-0,25; Si 0,1-1,0; Mn 3,0-12,5; Cr 11,7-15,0; Ni 1,0-3,8; V 0,05-0,5; один или несколько РЗМ из группы Се, La, Pr, Nd 0,0001-0,01; Ti 0,1-2,0; один или несколько элементов из группы Nb, Та, Zr, Hf 0,05-0,2. Технический результат - повышение жаропрочности и коррозионной стойкости в агрессивных средах магниетермического производства губчатого титана при снижении загрязнения его вредными примесями.
