Abstract

Способ получения осажденной двуокиси кремния из оливина, включающий следующие стадии получения частиц оливина с размером частиц предпочтительно менее 1 мм в диаметре; предпочтительно смешивания оливина с водой для образования взвеси оливин/вода; смешивания взвеси оливин/вода с соляной кислотой (HCl), предпочтительно при концентрации 18 мас.% или выше и при температуре предпочтительно между 50-130°С, и проведения реакции в течение времени предпочтительно 20-360 мин; удаления крупных минеральных загрязнений (песка); отделения осажденной двуокиси кремния из маточного раствора; механической обработки отделенной осажденной двуокиси кремния и необязательно некоторого количества воды для получения взвеси; получения взвеси с низкой вязкостью путем добавления алюмината натрия или другого подходящего алюмината, предпочтительно до 100-6000 ppm, и доведения рН предпочтительно до значения между 4-9; выдерживания при температуре 50-100°С в соответствии с требованиями к продукту; диспергирования взвеси двуокиси кремния; удаления мелких минеральных загрязнений (песка); высушивания двуокиси кремния.
