Abstract

В заявке описано шахтное загрузочное устройство (1), у которого для возможности бесперебойной загрузки в плавильный сосуд сталкиваемого через нижнее разгрузочное отверстие толкателем (13) скрапа различного состава, такого как легковесный скрап и тяжеловесный скрап, боковые стороны толкателя (13) выполнены сходящимися от его верхней стороны к его нижней стороне, а приводное устройство (2) толкателя (13) установлено в рамной конструкции (3) с возможностью поворота вокруг горизонтальной оси. Помимо этого верхнее ограничение разгрузочного отверстия, через которое из шахты (2) выгружается шихта, образовано установленным с возможностью вращения горизонтальным валком (26), предпочтительно с распределенными по его окружной поверхности захватывающими элементами (30). Подверженные воздействию значительных механических нагрузок участки загрузочного устройства образованы объединенными в конструктивный блок или узел мерными стальными болванками. Подобное загрузочное устройство в предпочтительном варианте выполнено в виде подогревателя шихты.
