Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к загрузочным устройствам плавильных печей. Загрузочное устройство (1) шахтного типа имеет верхнее загрузочное и нижнее разгрузочное отверстия, толкатель (13) с приводным устройством (2). Для предотвращения заклинивания толкателя от попадания легкого скрапа в боковые зазоры между толкателем (13) и рамой его стороны выполнены наклонными вглубь от верхней до нижней стороны. Линейный привод (2) установлен в рамной конструкции (3) с возможностью поворота вокруг горизонтальной оси. Верхняя часть разгрузочного отверстия образована установленным с возможностью вращения горизонтальным валком (26). При этом участки загрузочного устройства, которые испытывают влияние значительных механических нагрузок, образованы мерными стальными болванками. Подогреватель шихты образован пропусканием выходящих газов печи противотечением относительно скрапа. Изобретения способствуют повышению надежности работы загрузочного устройства.
