Abstract

Полиакриламидные гранулы, содержащие инкапсулированные клетки, получают способом, включающим следующие стадии: (1) получение водного раствора смеси акриловых мономеров, (2) получение суспензии клеток в водном растворе персульфата, (3) получение эмульсии водного раствора третичного амина в несмешивающейся с водой жидкости, которая необязательно содержит поверхностно-активное вещество (ПАВ), (4) смешивание раствора, полученного на стадии (1), и суспензии, полученной на стадии (2), (5) добавление смеси, полученной на стадии (4), в перемешиваемую эмульсию, полученную на стадии (3), и (6) полимеризация смеси акриловых мономеров и одновременное инкапсулирование клеток с образованием полиакриламидных гранул, содержащих инкапсулированные клетки.
