Abstract
Ингаляционное устройство для транспульмонального введения содержит камеру (16) для помещения фармацевтической композиции, которую распыляют на мелкодисперстные частицы посредством производимого воздухом воздействия для диспергирования в воздухе; входной канал воздушного потока (2) для введения в камеру (16) наружного воздуха для приложения производимого воздухом воздействия к фармацевтической композиции и для нагнетания наружного воздуха к фармацевтической композиции; канал для ингаляционного потока (1) для вдыхания распыленной фармацевтической композиции; корпус (9) для размещения камеры (16) входного канала воздушного потока (2) и канала для ингаляционного потока (1); мундштук (10), предусмотренный на одном конце корпуса (9), причем мундштук (9) снабжен каналом для потока ротовой части (11), который сообщается с каналом для ингаляционного потока (1), и каналом для вспомогательного потока (12), где ингаляционное устройство для транспульмонального введения имеет такую конфигурацию, что производимое воздухом воздействие прикладывается к фармакологической композиции со стороны наружного воздуха, который втекает в камеру посредством индуцируемого вдыханием воздуха давления, создаваемого, когда пользователь (пациент) вдыхает воздух, и распыленная фармацевтическая композиция вводится в канал для потока ротовой части и одновременно наружный воздух вводится напрямую в канал для вспомогательного потока посредством индуцированного вдыханием воздуха давления.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
